Well done, mate - I think you're through the worst.
I am quit nearly a year after 15 years, man it feels great to even type that, and it be true - I am still noticing improvements from not smoking - better erections, easier hangovers, better pallette - I have a new relationship with all kinds of new foods now, it's my constant reward to myself to try new and exotic foods - favorites at the moment: Sea Urchin Suchi, Red Rooster Asian Chile sauce, Kim Chi korean cabbage.
You should be over the worst of the cravings now - they will soon go away, and when they do your mental freedom will increase as you won't be thinking about it... You'll feel much much happier about it in a couple of weeks, and even more the week after, and the week after that.
We've never met, but honestly I'm proud of you - it sometimes seems like every minute is like trying to climb a steep sanddune with no top in sight, but you've made the right choice, and carried it through - your body and your life will begin to thank you, and it gets easier to not look back.- *actually, ignore the erections bit. I don't want anyone knowing that.mikotondria3
