  I've been using them for years, only recently took my shop down.

  Screen print quality is pretty damn good...
  They also do digital overlay prints which alow you to get away with far more colors and tones and details without paying more.

  Screen prints have minimum graphic element sizes that you can not design smaller than, which I found to be the only real limitation.

  I think anything more than 2 color screens and you have to pay per extra color too...not bad tho.
