    to clarify, no it wasn't just me, thus it says "along with others" it did start with the logo idea and I personally thought that was a bit lame and couldn't see people making a substantial payment towards a 25+ page book, so I suggested doing a compendium of QBN designers work under no specific theme and we continued to build upon that...

    Bart is also right as we have batted the book idea around for years..
