    As others have noted:
    - Make it easier for the user to know what the site is about. I like that you have the navigation at the bottom, but sometimes that is also located in a more prominent position (above the fold) so that the user can have multiple ways to access the most critical information.

    - Keep it consistent. If you're going to use white boxes for all the content, make sure to do that for everything.

    ---------
    Header:
    - More space between logo and first link "Home"
    - More spacing between the links at the top and the "search" field. Perhaps align that to the right side of the header.

    ---------
"Live your values in dedicated marketspaces" and "Live your values in alignment with your stakeholders"
    - More spacing between the images on the left and the text on the right.
    - There also needs to be more spacing between each paragraph. The way it is now, I don't even bother to read it.
    - I know it's difficult, but try to have the content the same height as the image on the left. Right now the text is very tight.

    ---------
"Help companies to improve now. Nominate company"
    - Align the left side of the text ("Search to find or nominate...") with the title.

    ---------
    "Please Sign In":
    - Closer attention needs to be payed to alignment. "email", "password", and "create new account" should probably be aligned to the beginning of the form fields, and the "Sign In" button and "remember me" should be aligned to the right side of the form fields.
I would actually extend the form fields a bit so that the spacing is equal on both sides.

    ---------
    "The Rate of Ethical Economy"
    - Play around with the alignment of that graph. Perhaps have it aligned to the left side of the title.

    ---------
In the "Values" page > "Best performing members" on right side
    - At first glance, it's hard to tell which statistics go for which member/company. Some images are blocked at my place of work, so perhaps I am missing something, but there may be a better way to present that information. Again, I think spacing is key here.

    - You could think about setting a standard size for all those user / member icons. I think the heights are all the same, but if you make the widths all the same it will be prettier.

Looks good otherwise. Needs to breath.
