Hello there, I took a look throught he site and heres my first impressions:
On the home page I think you need more contrast between the headings and content and a better hirearchy of information as its a little confusing trying to determine whats going on around the page.
On the menu, its centered within the heading which would be fine but beside the logo it looks like its off alignment, either align it with top, bottom or one line of the logo. and the search box looks indented too far to the right.
The some items on bottom nav need more prominence. I went through several pages before I could figure out what the site was actually about, it should be easy to learn what the site is about and who its aimed at.
The sub pages look more definied but those maps need a heading to say what they're about. I have no idea, after rolling over several times and clicking randomly. Perhaps its because its not aimed at me but I need pages to be immediately recognisable and to tell me information that pertinent to me otherwise the user will move away from the site swiftly.
Also when you go to filter the users, theres no white box around the content, perhaps there should be to keep it consistent with the rest of the site?
