Apology accepted, J. I'm bummed to hear that you think I always talk down my nose at people when I chime in on these sorts of discussions. I wonder if other people get that impression. I'll be careful about that. The fact is that I'm extremely passionate about what I do down to the nth detail; and so I pass the high expectations I have of myself onto others. So if passion comes across, that's good; but if arrogance is the takeaway for people, then that's not good.
