Thank you everyone for the tips and pointers.
I'm going to use a local print shop called NOVA. I have some of their samples and they're really good. Probably a bit more than I want to spend per card, but will probably pay off in the long run.
I'll go chat with them tomorrow and let everyone know the results of our conversation and my final decision.
