Hmm... eh, I'd say your hyperbole is just a *tad* bit overblown. You'd think I said your family rode the short bus or something judging by your reaction.
It doesn't matter if they use a Xerox, a Heidelberg, or an Indigo. When you can't control the quality of a printed piece in person, the outcome always suffers. I've experienced this many times with my own work, so this isn't about me being better than anyone.
