What's with all these designers and their insistence on shitty online printing. The mind boggles.
Don't print it on matte, don't print it on any coated paper. Print your business cards on uncoated. Anything else feels cheap and mass produced.
Two spot grays (say, 404 and 401) will look a lot better than screens of a single color. Or if the budget demands, use one color only.
