a CMYK design made up of 50% and 25% black is gonna look really cheap. screens of 1 ink without any solid = very weak visual impact.
printing local with 1 spot color (solid mid grey) and tinting that 50% for the light would be mcuh better and probably just as inexpensive.
- even better yet of course would be a 2 spot color m/grey + l/grey... still probably comparable cost to online CMYK.horton
