figure out how long it will take you to produce and execute the shoot
double or triple that and multiply by your hourly rate to compensate for processing, retouching and deliveryi would charge somewhere 150-200 if you have the gear to shoot it. if you have to rent add the rental fees
if they say it's excessive and that they can shoot their own photo for free tell them cheap isn't quality and quality isn't cheap- how do you justify 2x or 3x?Corvo2

- yes. 2x hours to make the image. .5 hrs on phone. .5hrs drafting emails, .25 preparing the invoice and other paperwork. it gets to double quick.baseline_shift
