    Millions of CMS's.... need more specifics about how you'll use it... if in doubt, wordpress..... textpattern is designer-friendly too... drupal is an acquired taste.... I'm testing concrete5, and used to build my own in the past due to unique client requirements... NOTE: Don't just make photoshop screenshots and think they'll easily translate to the CMS, try the CMS alot first, so you design something the CMS can work with...
