Most of the things that you are refering to are made by non-American companies or non-US individuals. The reason why that stuff comes from USA is because USA had the money to buy it.
Although these things are made by someone else, US bought it or imported experts from other countries to make it, so there is some truth behind you claim.
As I said in one other thread when we talked, It's all about the Benjamins. But hey as long as we have people that think that US made everything and we have people who think that USA is one big axis of evil, we'll have many many threads like this, won't we.
