    I'm currently reading "Under the Banner of Heaven: A Story of Violent Faith" by Jon Krakauer. It's not so much the mormons (LDS) that are crazy, it's the fundamentalist mormons (FLDS) that are REALLY crazy (relatively speaking). It's the FLDS that practices "plural marriage" etc... but it's ALL quite wacky. The book is quite good so far.
