They don't got food, electricity, shoes, roads, ect... . All this stuff with atomic weapon is just pure communistic propaganda from Kim to "his peoples". Made him feel "more important" on global ideological market. South Korea & USA pay "under table" millions per year to help North Korea leader keep his leadership and close borders.
So when is this conflict?
Different way this is great opportunity for "white house corporation" to kill more people. Iraq was very good business (still is), why not try this some trick with North Korea.
