Don't forget - pick up used magazines from a dentist (not your own), put straight into a sealable plastic bag. After, go to a handful of service stations, buying in each - glue, lycra gloves, envelopes, underpaper etc - DO NOT buy them all in one place.
Buy new, fully-covering clothes, Shave completely then shower well, taking care to scrub all over with a moderate abrasive a few times.
Book a motel, set up and finish as quickly as you can, taking care to avoid direct physical contact, and don't (for the love of god) breathe over your work. Put in envelope, ready to be sent - place in a new, sealable plastic bag, then in another.
Divide everything else in to individual packages and burn each and every single one of them discreetly, in a wide-spread non-pattern of places. Post very early in the morning, taking care to slip the envelope straight from its packaging into the public post box.
