    i agree. it fucks with your head. been working from home, for myself, by myself for about 3 years now. i get depressed and weird sometimes.

    it helps to get out of the house, take 3-4 days off at a time, and generally make it a point to have other regular interaction with human beings.

    a healthy routine helps. lots of regular exercise, dinner with friends...less drinking.

    • the exercise is spot on. i stopped doing any and that didn't help one iota. made it worse feeling tired and fat.airey
