Portland is overrated
1. the weather is depressing,
2. they have an unemployment rate way above the national average, (12% vs 9% nation wide)
3. the city is 'almost' completely gentrified. (which is lame, unless you like having Starbucks and 'decor' shops on every corner.)
4. there is not really that much to do, compared to other cities of the same size.
