Yep, I have most of 'em (beat-making iPhone apps). Here are my thoughts on the main ones from personal experience...

    01. BeatMaker: good, but expensive (for an iPhone app). It really is mainly a sequencer. You have to have quality sounds to start with to make it worth it. It comes w/ some stock kits and pads, but they are lacking. If you really want to see what it can do—you'll have to sync it w/ BeatPack (the sister desktop app from Intua). I've been able to take beats and loops I bought from Beatport, cut them up w/ Adobe Soundbooth, save them, and sync them all using BeatPack to BeatMaker.

Noise.io: supposedly this is a must also when working w/ BeatMaker. The 2 apps interface together quite well. Be warned: Noise.io is INTENSE. This has an extremely high learning curve. This app requires much manual reading before using.

TechnoBOX: this is great little 303, 808, and 909 app. Easy to use, nothing fancy. Just some fun, classic acid trax.

Randgrid: this is TechnoBOX x2. It's got a lot more to it (when compared to TechnoBOX), but it's got it's "own way of doing things" kinda' feel to it. It's a potent little sequencing/synth app, but it's slightly unorthodox.

iSyn: just got this. This one looks promising. It's got a traditional looking timeline/sequencer. Strange looking user-interface.

Vocoder: this was $17. Not that impressed (thus far). Knob sensitivity is terrible, and the quality of the vocoder is less-than-desirable.

A good thing is that (most) of these apps seem to undergo regular updates, so we'll see what the future holds. I could list more thought, but time does not allow...
