There's an ambiguity to your question. You have posted a picture of a promotional mailer that features a paper engineering gimmick, and you're asking if there are any other 'sites' out there with 'this sort of navigation'.
Furthermore you refer to the scrolling device at the side, and yet due to the rotation of the image, its at the bottom.
If I can be picky for a moment, you have also asked for something 'smilier', and the image has a picture of Vinny Jones scowling in the rain. I am sure you mean 'similar', but with all these other ambiguities, I am left feeling very confused and, if I may be so bold, a little disillusioned too.
