braad: dutch bank nibc has the best conditions i know of right now.
day-to-day rate is 3.8, fixed term 1 year is 4.25. no fees, full state protection, but the account runs in euros. looks good in terms of currency now, but it´s not impossible for the euro to fall against the greenback at some time...
