"Phil (above) is probably known by most Londoners as the 'sinner/winner man' for his seemingly constant preaching at Oxford Circus. Recently he's been served with an Asbo, which presumably prevents him from returning to his megaphonic ways. Phil has now relocated to Piccadilly Circus."
