I prefer female bosses. My boss right now is male, and he is so competative, I'll never get a raise or bump in position with him above me. Oh, and i'm better than him.
Stereotype: Women make better designers because they see more color than men do. It is estimated that 2 to 3 % of the world's women may have the kind of fourth cone that lies smack between the standard red and green cones allowing them to see mroe color than men.
