my former creative director put it best: America is a beautiful place because you can do NEARLY anything and apologize for it later and after time and a good record, people will forget it ever happened and begin to love you again. This is ESPECIALLY true with athletes. I would be typing all day if I listed off the athletes that have had drug/homocide/rape run-ins, but continue to play in their respective leagues, unaffected by the incident in question. That said, you can do NEARLY anything - except mess with the puppies. Everyone has had a dog growing up. Everyone knows that look/sound they make when they have to go out to pee, you stepped on their tail, etc... I don't think Vick will ever play again.
