  Full HD is 1920x1080 72ppi square pixels

  partial HD is 1280x720 72ppi 1.33 pixel aspect ratio

  U.S. SD widescreen 864x486 72ppi square pixels
  or 720x486 with a 1.2 PAR

  i think PAL is 540 tall instead, look under your photoshop presets
