Maybe so, I guess I find it hard to believe the economy won't have recovered in three years! Must people (not just the administration) are predicting the beginning of a turnaround this year. The market is up about 200-300 points from its lows.

But more importantly, do they deserve to win? The economy takes a couple years to turn around no matter what. Why should we give the Dems a couple years in office to clean up the Rs mistakes and then kick them out, and put the same party back in power that created the situation? Especially when that party, has not changed a single policy position or shown any sign that they can run things any better? If anything the current crop of leaders looks LESS competent than Bush.

    • Bush was plenty competent to begin with. Not perfect by any stretch, but accomplished some very fine things.
