alrighty then, in a mending fences way, try this idea.
if you want to engage people in these threads, start them with the attitude that a viewer is new to these styles of thread and haven't seen the other ones. they're a clean slate if you will.
start the thread with the premise of what you're trying to achieve through a group visual discourse and explain what the aims are.
explain what the cognitive philosophy you're using as the basis is, and what it aims to do for your thought processes.
then start it up.
people will then engage on a level that might approximate what you're after. i would imagine that if this kind of puzzle is one that you enjoy then you're trying to get other involved who may also enjoy them. the problem is, the way you start these things, they simply come off as confusing giant wastes of time and simply preach to the converted.
