    i lived in hoboken for a few years down on garden and 2nd, we would park on the crosswalk (they ticketed, no boots) and just plan on 5 or so tickets a month in our budget; it was cheaper and closer than a parking garage.
    i guess that pic could be real but the police and the tow lot are like bffs so it was probably a joke or something or i don't know probably just photoshop
