    I think JJ Abrams is just telling a classic tale of good vs evil. The guy is the master of story telling. I think these two people most religions are based on. ie. Jacob = God and the main characters are his modern day 12 apostles. I think faraday is Jacobs child making him jesus. Check out this photo.


    depicts the last supper and faraday is in the center with 6 apostles on each side. Lost is based on the Bible.
