I have had the opportunity to interview a few people in my day and that's my favorite question to ask...just to be entertained by how crafty people are at cloaking their strengths as weaknesses.
"Um, well, my biggest weakness is probably I expect too much of myself, making me stressed out and when I'm stressed out I have this habit of running from the office to the nearest drag bar to score crack. But I'm working on that."
