Well, Gotham Narrow was abandoned in favor of Gotham and Gotham Condensed. Have just completed the piece (72 pages, all text in Gotham and illustrations containing Gotham) and realized/remembered that H&FJ don't allow embedding or outlining of their typefaces in documents intended for electronic distribution.
So I have to scrap the lot. Proxima Nova here I come!
