    You might be right skt.

Zimma: While just as imperfect as the next guy, I am a man of integrity and morals. Frankly, I don't think you know me well enough to make such a sweeping statement as "You must not have a moral bone in your body". If you *do* know me as skt insinuates, then email me privately. I'll also add that your statement is absurd. I clearly *do* have a moral bone in my body, or I wouldn't have even asked for advice. If I was utterly lacking in morality, then I sure as hell wouldn't care enough to ask people whether they think something is "kosher" or not.

I wouldn't solicit a client that was actively working with my former employer. *That* would be wrong. But I genuinely wasn't sure what the protocol is if the former employer's account has been dormant for several years. It seems like a totally different situation to me; but this all being new, I thought I'd take a poll on the subject.

    Clear?
