  1: is that At the Drive-In as a soundtrack? If so and it's a commercial use vid I'm not sure of the copyright / release rights issues on that.

  2: a reel should be something that sells your work. what you have there is more a TVC that is meant to sell you as a brand through theme more than folio.

  3: if you're after motion work then this isn't good enough as it only shows bad photography and extremely entry level effects / animations. if you're after any other work then you'll need to show it. if you in fact selling you as a product to studios etc then i guess it's worthiness will be decided by those viewing it.
