My car hasn't had any issues, but my buddies 323 has. Can't say beyond read the reliability reviews (that killed me every buying an Audi or Mercedes, unless buying new).

Service wise, they are fantastic. Free cars to borrow (usually new 3 series) or free cab rides. They'll do almost any quick labor for free (they put on a special bracket for my front plate so I didn't have to drill into the front bumper - stupid front plate laws!), replace a light, etc.

I'd give their service an A.

If you need all wheel drive, I'd go with the Audi then. Just keep in mind with performance tires, it'll suck a** in the snow anyway (my M3 has traction control, but with massive performance tires that snow just sticks to you are eventually driving on slicks).

Anyone have experience with performance tires, all-wheel-drive and snow?
