    i think with that experience you should be on more money, but then there are a shitload of other factors to consider... eg:

    is the work exciting/fulfilling?
    do you really enjoy your job?
    is it easy/quick to commute?
    is it a small startup with potential?
    are you working with friends?

    i get paid a lot more money than that but have had to trade off some creativity and fun for it, and i'm not so sure that it is worth it.
