you have time...get a cab, go to Milennium Park. Will take you anywhere from 30-45 minutes.
there you can see the bean, the world's greatest sculpture, the large video fountain, and the skyline. You can spend an hour there, have a beer and a sandwich outside, and head back. will be better than an airport bar.
