i like how a little backlash has taken hold here. i realize i used open source code to build this, and that the design is very minimal. however, i customized the open source code and also spent lots of time working on the typography and layout. they simply took the code from my site, dropped in their work and header and kept everything else (i.e. type, layout, the black to pink buttons i designed!).
marychain: i never laid claim to the computer screen approach. if you read what i wrote above, you'll see that they were referencing my local files while they were developing the site.
version3: if you took the time to look at the details, you'd notice that they totally stole the typography and the "project details" look.
