My 4 yr old is a freak for scooby doo. Every time we go to the library he gets at least one Scooby movie out (which is just a DVD of episodes). But other than that and Tom & Jerry (which my kids love but my wife doesn't want them to watch because it's violent, which it is, kinda) my kids watch new stuff.
There's this one show that's animation, but it's by Jim Henson's company. It's called Sid the Science Kid. It is sooo fricking bizarre to watch for some reason
