initially it looks like it was made by someone who has some skill. (I like the girl on the 'S' - cute)...but once you get into the details, things fall apart.
--> why such a huge amount of space for the banner? It looks ok, but It just irritates you to have to scroll down to see the actual work. Maybe it could be smaller?
--> you IA diagram are all shown in this tiny pop up that you then have to scroll around in....and the diagrams are too small.
--> your work is padded...its obvious, with extra stuff...weed it out!
--> the way the work is presented is bad often. The screenshot for the Harlequins site for example is horrible....
needs a LOT of polish...but the base is a decent start i suppose
