    Serious questions?

You could ask about staff retention rates. I worked for a place for 3 years and in that time 14 people came and went. I don't really know why I stayed there as long as I did but getting out was the best thing I ever did.

What kind of clients do the company have (do clients tend to stay with the company for a long time or are new clients coming in regularly) I say this because if they have big clients that stay with them for a long time you could end up on a job and work on nothing but that, essentially being an in-house designer for one company and not being able to do varied work.

    • good questions shitehawkjimzyk
    • you should know their clients before the interview though- if you've done your homework.doesnotexist
    • Uh, you should ask or find out if the company is retainer or project-based IMMEDIATELY. Not at the end.noRBG
