    The difficulty with this character, much like Spider-Man, is that he has his face covered most of the time.

    However, unlike Spider-Man, his face is horribly disfigured (kind of like Spawn). Also, unlike Spider-Man, most people will have only heard of him from this Wolverine movie.

    Doesn't lend itself to a smash-hit unfortunately.

    To be honest, Deadpool lends itself more to an animated movie, or mini-series. His eye-holes should be able to move when he talks/ winks/ smiles/ is shocked/ basically human emotions that do not lend themselves to a cloth mask draped over his face.
