this sort of pish:
though I'm sure there are worse examples. Thing is that it almost gets me (in a 'turn off brain, admit ad message' way) until they reveal its a lottery advert; basically an advert for a national gambling game designed to give poor people false hope in an attempt to distract them from how little chance they have of realising any dreams in real life.
