and the lawyer is one that brought the cancer/tobacco link to the public. He hopes that during the trial the secret paperwork will get exposed.The suit alleges that the companies used front groups, fake citizen organizations, bogus scientific bodies and the use of "global warming skeptics" to deny the existence of the rising temperatures. Had they not been lied to for the past 20 years, they could have planned or prepared to move. interesting point and interview:
