  Work from home, wife works from home in her own office. Start & end times vary, but 10am-6pm is the average. I'll work evenings as workload requires, or if I'm really into a certain project.

  The absence of staff meetings, CD check-ins and other long-winded/meaningless internal meetings gives me an extra 2 hours of real work time a day ;-)
