Usually there's one smart person on the client side who really gets it, and some, uh, other people.. the key is to find the smart person on the client side.... and work with them ONLY them.... while entertaining everyone else but not letting things go random...., and manage the politics so they are the real decision makers, not anyone else... good luck it's hard, but I've seen some great CD's do it very, very well....
