All-in-all, nice portfolio. I agree much of the feedback already shared (decreasing the space on top, linkable icons, remove monitors, branding is not logo design). Here's my additional .5 cents:
I'd center the headline area with the 6 image icons below (needs to move to the left a bit). Also, since you're using the animated type on the interior pages, why not bring this to the intro? I'd favor this over the usage of images like the post-it note and the compass. It's not "real" strong to say "compass" then have an image of a compass right above it. And this is just little tweaky shit, but it "kinda" bugs me how the pie chart image on the far right and the alarm clock are the only images at the bottom with more color (as well as being both yellowish/green). I'd maybe tone down the colors here or find substitutes where the coloring matches the others (more metal/blueish). And the image of the phone booth at bottom right, I'd lose the stand and enlarge the booth so that is closer in size/dimension as the others. Again, my .5 cents.
