I for one believe rabbit, In fact, this is probably all part of some insidious plot by some of the world's richest and most influential men to rule the world. Initially I think the idea was to release "mosquitoes" onto unsuspecting audiences laced with mind control toxins:

However, according to documents I have obtained, the mosquitoes proved to be elusive to sustained control, thus unable to infect a wide enough portion of the population with their deadly mind control toxin. So now, the devious plan is to use government aircraft in so-called "photo-ops" to trigger the mind control toxins. Those whose minds have been controlled will then behave in oddly passive-aggressive behavioral modes, and insist on seeing conspiracies where there are, in fact, none. When enough people start behaving this way, the very underpinnings of rational societal control will fall apart, thus creating a vacuum by which Bill Gates finally becomes Master of the Illuminati and is revealed as the real brains behind the New World Order, America's Top Model, flouridated water, and the entire Jane Goody phenomenon.
