Respect is the best promotion.
1. let designers meet clients and talk to them, not just hear everything third hand
2. BUT insulate designers from clients constant phone calls and random ideas
3. AND learn to trust designer a bit more, don't randomly inturrupt designer with little requests, they're thinking of something good that might win an award...
