    Vice is humorously racist, so are many comedians, and many artists have subtle racial comments in their art. I do not think these are who you should worry about.

    Humor brings people together, such as a somewhat "Racist" joke in a movie, every race laughs, there are acceptable ironies and stereotypes to laugh at.

    If you want to change something, infiltrate your local KKK.

    Or whoever starts a (Race or sex here) club. Or channel, No?
