^ You arrest him. Indecent exposure, suspicion of illicit drugs, lewd conduct, antisocial behaviour... get it dealt with. If you can't get it dealt with via proper procedure 'because you can't be arsed with the paperwork' then that doesn't mean the shortcut is to drop onto his ribcage and shock the fucker repeatedly when its clearly uneccessary to do so... all the while trying to find ever more painful places to do it despite the fact that your two fat fuck mates are pinning him down anyway. A Tazer serves a purpose. It is not for cruelty or torture. A policeman serves a purpose and that is not anything to do with cruelty or torture either.
